Don't forget that Canada is a weakling in the arena of giants by virtue of the fact that we are controlled by special interest.
The drug laws that you claim hamper our countries ability to logically sort out and capitalize on are there only as a measure of partial restraint.
You cannot have the masses walking around legally stoned.
People must have their priorities in place first. Rampant drug use hinders the allocation of priorities.
As for the United States and their foriegn policy if people want to wander outside of that protective umbrella that is up to them but first they must ensure that the debt owing for the Marshall plan is payed in full.
