I WAS ALWAYS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IT MEANT { SEMPRE PER QUESTA ROMA } , TRANSLATED IT SAYS ,{ ALWAYS FOR THIS ROME} , OTHER MORE RESOURCEFUL SITES HAVE OTHER STANDARDS .
I THINK I LIKE MY STANDARD BETTER .
ROMANS WERE LIKE THAT , THEY LOVED THEIR CITY , IT WAS THE PLACE TO BE IN 0 B. C. .
THEY LOVED IT SO MUCH THEY WERE ALWAYS READY TO SERVE IT .
ALWAYS FOR THIS ROME .

The plains of existence implies a higher level of discourse - do not regress. Rome, at its best was an ideal beyond the bricks and mortar lay some of the very foundations of western culture. Intermixed with traits from other invaders such as the Persians and Huns to mention a few. Maybe that is why modern man can not stop fighting wars and killing innocents. It is as though we have to slaughter one another and any reason will do. If not religion, land, riches we do so for power, control and admiration. Greed destroyed Rome and we should learn from their mistakes.

THE REST OF THE WORLD WAS STILL LARGELY IN CAVES , ROME WAS THE LIGHT .
