Hello, PERIMETER PLANET POPULACE,CAPTAINS LOG ENTRY 3045830.
We are in orbit around a class 1 planet,it harbours diverse lifeforms,the most sentient being a bipedal ,upright,two eyed entity that refers to itself as human.It ,from our observations,in cloaked position,so their simple sencing devices can't notice us,is still in lower development,this observation arrived from watching it's own interplay amongst it's own species.They are violent,they are led by egocentric agendas that will keep them from developing any further,my suggestion to starfleet headquarters ,is irradication of this species as they will not fit into galactic social order,we are now waiting for a reply.
