Perimeter Postulates , in my observation department , i have a few running questions , these questions i can't have answered by any one person , so they blip up when the department finds the answer .
The QUESTION , " Why doesn't Canada and the United States have a drafted tour of duty like most countries ?
The Answer .
" An Army that enlists are basically paid Mercenaries ", and can be used in any fashion .
I thought the Roman Empire faded away ?
