Something smells in Sault Canada

Perimeter pesos , I've traveled all over , and I've had a rating going on in me, of the taste of the tap water wherever i was .

Well I've never tasted better tap water than Sault Canada , where i live .
Lately though , the water has a heavy smell of chlorine , and a weird taste .
The water if it comes from Lake Superior , is safe to drink right out of the lake .
What gives here ?
For 57 years , from the best to this ?
If there's something fishy going on , call me , I've  got to clean my lynching fork .
